I just found a wonderful resource an online tool that helps you calculate your daily nutritional needs. Based on your gender, age, ht, wt, activity level it helps calculate your Daily Recommended Intake needs for macronutrients (e.g. fat, protein, fiber), vitamins and minerals. It also calculates your BMI and daily calorie intake need.
