Not necessarily a big investment. Take from cubical world into natural world. Interface carpet, looked at forest floor and created carpet. Their highest performing carpet sales.

Who we learn to exchange new ideas is going to be game changer in future. Deal with what technology has given us, highly specialized experts, not big picture. When engaged in biomimcry decision there is a lot of enthusiasm and interesting for the employees.
Biomicry not an easy sale. Easy to sell LEED. Biomimicry above menu of prescriptive options. Beyond alacarte choices to getting a "green building". Opens to extreme innovation and creativity. Can learn from the actual site. Ecological performance measure.
